Waterford apartments are great. I love the quietness of the neighborhood. Residents are friendly. Kendra, leasing consultant, was so pleasant as she guided me around on the tour. They almost have everything except a park but there is one in walking distance. I love that there is a car washing section (currently being worked on). & it’s a salt water pool which I think is cool. & they have pest control come spray every 2 weeks (love that). & NO SMOKING 🚭 (YEEESS). Hopefully a 2 bedroom comes available soon 🙂. This is my 2nd time visiting & I really love the vibes.

If you’re looking for a great place to live, give these apartments a second look. We recently move from Waterford Apartments due to a job change out-of-state. Since everything has processed regarding the final inspection and deposit, this is a candid account of our experience. The apartments are fairly small, but they make excellent use of space. While they are not large, the apartments and grounds are well maintained. We have found there to be little noise to deal with from outside, but we could often hear tenants above us walking if they were wearing their work boots. The other residents are usually friendly, decent people, and we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Speaking of the grounds, they are very well maintained all year, and the facilities were well kept. The pool was rarely, if ever, closed for any maintenance. The workout equipment in the gym worked well, although a couple of the cardio pieces had “quirks” that were not a big problem. Finally, the manager and staff were always good to work with. I appreciated their professionalism and honesty. Further, work-orders were taken care of quickly, and the maintenance staff were very good to work with. Overall, I would highly recommend Waterford as a solid choice for your new home.
